Life Leisure are a local leisure provider with several facilities across the borough, which you can use as a member. They have some great options on YouTube and their blog is regularly updated with articles that can help you get moving.

Age UK Stockport are a local charity that work in the community to support the wellbeing of older adults (40+). They facilitate a range of activities, sessions and groups that encourage the communities in Stockport to become more physically active. This Girl Can celebrates active women who are doing their thing no matter how they do it, how they look or even how sweaty they get. Their website has a huge range of ideas, from cycling and walking to dragon boat racing and Quidditch.

The Nike Training Club app offers free access to more than 190 workouts including:

Sessions range from 15 to 45 minutes and are designed to help you see and feel results.
