Designed to guide people through a panic attack or raised anxiety using their phone.

Calm Harm

The urge to self-harm is like a wave. It feels the most powerful when you start wanting to do it. Learn to ride the wave with the free Calm Harm app using these activities:

  • comfort
  • distract
  • express yourself
  • release
  • random
  • breathe

When you ride the wave, the urge to self-harm will fade.

If you're self-harming, please do not feel alone. Talk to your doctor or mental health services, who can and will help. The app is for young people aged 13 and over. It is not a substitute for professional help.

Learn how to manage feelings like anxiety and depression with Catch It. The app will teach you how to look at problems in a different way, turn negative thoughts into positive ones and improve your mental wellbeing.

Chill Panda

Learn to relax, manage your worries and improve your wellbeing with Chill Panda. The app measures your heart rate and suggests tasks to suit your state of mind. Tasks include simple breathing techniques and light exercises to take your mind off your worries.

Feeling Good Teens

The Feeling Good app is for young people aged 10 to 15 years. It offers audio programmes based on scientific research which can:

  • help you feel better
  • lift your mood
  • recover from stress, anxiety, and depression

The tracks will help you with building resilience and developing positive feelings.

Headspace has some free, short and simple exercises and resources to help with mindfulness and sleeplessness.

Helping you to handle stress and anxiety on the go. Using breathing exercises, relaxing music and games designed to calm the mind, the app helps you change negative thoughts to help you better cope with life's ups and downs.

The app is for young people aged 10 to 18 years. It helps you monitor and track your mood, and can and provide useful tips for stressful situations such as exams.

Helping you prevent and manage stress, anxiety and related conditions. The game-based app can be used to relax before a stressful situation or on a more regular basis to help you live a happier, more stress-free life.
