Sounds of Light: music therapy project

This is a music therapy project for anyone who has been affected by pregnancy loss or the death of a child, recently or long ago.

It's free to attend, and there's a warm space and refreshments provided. The sessions take place in the community room which is very cosy and private.

Each week we have one activity in mind, for example, choosing our favourite songs and listening together! The structure of the sessions is flexible according to what participants want to explore.

We're planning to get creative with percussion and other instruments by having a go at playing together, improvising, and even song writing!

There's no pressure to attend every week. Most importantly, absolutely no musical experience or prior knowledge is required!
