Heathy Hatters

Stockport County Community Trust deliver a free Heathy Hatters session for adults that are wanting to do low level exercise and meet new people.

In the session we offer low level chair based exercises as well as all level outdoor fun activities. We also do walk and talks around the local area.

There is plenty of time for refreshment breaks, to socialise and make new friends.
