Condom distribution for young people

The Stockport condom distribution scheme is a free and confidential condom distribution network for young people aged 13 to 24 years old who live in Stockport.

The scheme provides regular, easy and confidential access to condoms and lube, sexual health information and signposting to further sexual health services.

You can get free condoms and lube from a number of places across Stockport. Before visiting, please contact the place you wish to visit directly to check opening times.

If you would like more information on the scheme, or you represent a Stockport service and would like to join the scheme, email

How the scheme works

Step 1: Register

Register for the scheme by visiting any of the scheme venues below.

You will need to:

  • answer a few questions
  • provide some basic information
  • have a chat about your sexual health and relationships; all of which will remain confidential

Step 2: Get condoms

Once registered, you'll be given a C-card with a unique ID number on.

Visit any of the scheme venues, or anywhere displaying the Stockport Condom Distribution Scheme logo, show your C-card and you'll get your free condoms.

If you're over the age of 16 you can use your card up to 10 times. If you use it more than 10 times, you'll have to re-register. This means you'll have a chat with a worker and you'll be offered further sexual health and relationship information and advice.
