Beechwood Cancer Care Centre

Beechwood Cancer Care Centre is a registered charity based in Stockport that provides support to patients, carers and family members who are affected by cancer and other life limiting illnesses. They offer a range of support packages that are tailor made to suit individual needs. They also hold a variety of support groups and for people who want to go somewhere quiet, the relaxed environment is ideal for a quiet coffee or chat.

A drop-in service is available to anyone that is affected by cancer, offering practical information and help on benefits and applications. The drop-in is in a relaxed and confidential environment and open Monday to Thursday from 9am to 4pm.

Maggies Manchester

You can drop into Maggies for practical, emotional and social support from their professional staff at any time from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

They can help you find the support you need from one-to-one sessions, workshops or supportive groups.

St Ann’s Hospice

St Ann’s Hospice offers supportive out patients and day care if you're living with cancer. They'll work with you at various stages of your illness to ensure you have the best quality of life.

If you're a carer, they'll support you so you'll be more equipped to manage your caring role.

St Ann’s Hospice supports patients from across Greater Manchester from their 3 sites in Heald Green, Little Hulton and the Neil Cliffe Centre in Wythenshawe Hospital.
