This week we are looking at local activities that can be done during the summer!

Life leisure kids holiday clubs

Getting kids active in fun, inspiring fitness and sports activities. The programme caters for children of all ages with the core programme timetabled for kids from 5 – 13 years old.

Zumba Fitness

Anyone can take a Zumba® class the steps are easy to follow and repetitive!

There is no pressure to getting the moves perfect so long as you are moving your arms and legs to the beat, your heart rate is increasing and of course what effort you put in further engages your core and boost calorie burn.

Walk for Health

All walks available through Walk Stockport are free and range from 30 minutes to 1 hour.

If you are interested in coming along to any of the walks it is advisable to contact the leader beforehand.
