Spot the signs and symptoms of cancer
Knowing your body and what’s normal for you will help you notice any potential early symptoms of cancer.
These can include:
- unexplained lumps or pains
- changes in your normal bowel habits
- unusual bleeding. For example; blood in your wee, blood in your poo, unexplained bleeding from your vagina
- unexplained weight loss
Although there are other possible causes of these symptoms, you should make an appointment to see your GP to get them checked out.
Spotting cancer early means treatment is more likely to be successful.
