Vapes
Vapes, sometimes called e-cigarettes or e-cigs, can be used to help stop smoking. They're far less harmful than cigarettes and are used to inhale nicotine without the other harmful effects of smoking. For example, they do not produce the tar and carbon monoxide that normal cigarettes do. The vapour has been found to contain some potentially harmful chemicals also found in cigarette smoke, but at much lower levels.
ABL Health can supply free vaping kits. This includes a vape device with charger and pods. This kit is not a disposable vape and is allowed under new regulations. You will also get specialist support to help you quit smoking.
