PaSH (Passionate about Sexual Health)

PaSH supports people newly diagnosed with HIV, those living long-term with HIV, and those at high risk of acquiring the virus. PaSH provides a range of interventions and support with the aim of improving and protecting people’s sexual and reproductive health.

Medical advances now mean that HIV is a manageable long-term health condition when diagnosed early. PaSH seeks to provide support to individuals, address stigma around HIV and support Greater Manchester’s vision of ending HIV transmission within a generation.

It's a free and confidential service for Stockport residents and those living in other parts of Greater Manchester. The service is a collaboration between BHA for Equality, George House Trust and the LGBT Foundation:

  • BHA for Equality offers free and confidential sexual health services for Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic communities

  • George House Trust provides free and confidential support, advice and advocacy services for people living with HIV, including:

    • one to one services
    • group services
    • help and support if you've recently been diagnosed with HIV
    • money and debt support
    • peer mentoring
  • The LGBT Foundation provides free advice, support and resources for LGBT people to take control of their sexual health and wellbeing
