- download the My Possible Self app which helps you to develop coping mechanisms, learn mental health management skills and live happier. Download it for free from the website or from app stores
- learn how to improve your mood. The Living Life to the Full hub has free courses and books
- therapy, sometimes called IAPT or Healthy Minds, can be used as a way to help you feel more resilient. It can be completed for free in your own time, as part of a group or with help from someone over the phone:
- visit the GM SilverCloud website to sign up for an online programme
- for group or phone options, complete the Pennine Care referral form
Feeling more connected in Stockport
- visit Stockport.gov.uk to find a list of activities and groups happening each week
- contact your GP and ask about the Viaduct Wellbeing Service
- get advice from the Stockport Support Hub by filling out the form on the website

If sadness and low mood continue to affect your life for several weeks, you could talk to your GP about other options:
- see if you could receive support from Beacon Counselling
- find private options on the Counselling Directory website
