Mental health and wellbeing


We all need to look after our physical and mental wellbeing. So when we feel mentally well we are able to function well, and enables us to:

  • keep learning
  • be able to feel, express and manage positive and negative emotions
  • form and maintain good relationships with others
  • cope with and manage change and uncertainty.

Stress, anxiety and depression can feature anytime in our lives and affect our health and wellbeing. There is lot's of support available to access for help, advice and information.

Take this mood self assessment quiz to assess your mood with questions on stress, anxiety and depression. The quiz uses questions taken from tests often used by GP's to assess whether you are anxious or depressed. If you have concerns after taking the quiz about your mental wellbeing, it might be useful to take a copy of your results to your GP.
