Wind your way to Wembley family challenge

The competition

We'd like to invite your family to take part in our family challenge.

Over the next few months we'd like you and your family to take part in physical activity, and record the amount you do. You'll race against other families to see who can travel around Europe.

You'll receive a poster of Europe showing different stations so that you can record your progress. Every time you complete half an hour of physical activity
as a family, you'll be able to mark off a station until you've travelled across Europe.

All families completing the race will receive an award. The top 3 families will receive extra prizes of sporting equipment and prizes from Life Leisure. More details will be given on entry.

How to enter

Email judith.riddings@stockport.gov.uk with the following information:

• ages of your children in the family
• names of schools your children attend

We'll then email you the resources:

• copy of the map to stick up on a wall at home
• recording sheet for you to record your physical activity events on to prove your journey

As soon as you've completed your challenge, send us your record sheet of activities to claim your reward. Tweet/insta photos of your journey to show us your family fun.

Your family physical activity must be done over a period of months. Include a variety of activities - not just those completed on an activity holiday.

The deadline to finish is Wednesday 30 June 2021.
