Stockport Taekwon-do Club

Come and try this unique way to learn a fascinating martial art, with easy to follow classes designed for you to get the most from Taekwon-do.

We don't expect you to be fit or have previous experience and it's a great way of releasing stress and having fun.

Adults

Physically, your training develops Taekwon-do and effective self-defence skills along with fun workouts to progressively improve fitness, stamina, co-ordination and flexibility.

Mentally, Taekwon-do is about personal development, inner confidence and assertiveness, not aggression just for the sake of it!

Children

Worried that your children don't do enough exercise? Concerned about bullying, confidence and discipline?

We have safe, fun classes to get kids active whilst working to develop skills and traits that they can use every day. We build social skills and teamwork and encourage self discipline and confidence.
