The Breathe Easy support group in Stockport is for anyone living with a chronic lung condition, including asthma and COPD. You can:
- meet other people who are also living with the condition
- discuss self-management
- discuss lifestyle tips and tricks
- meet with healthcare professionals
It's also a chance for carers to meet.
Singing for Lung Health
Singing for Lung Health provides a monthly singing session for people affected by lung conditions. It's a great way to meet new friends whilst having a good time. No previous singing experience is necessary and beginners are welcome.
