The Asthma and Lung UK website includes information and a range of resources to help you manage your long COVID symptoms. You can use the My Long COVID Needs assessment tool to help you explain your long COVID symptoms to your GP, health care professionals and your employer.

Mindfulness for managing long COVID
A free, self-paced course, developed with University College London. This breathworks course has been designed to help people manage their recovery from long COVID. PoTS UK
Some people with long COVID are being diagnosed with postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, commonly known as PoTS. PoTS is an unusual increase in heart rate that happens after sitting up or standing.
